Names, furigana and addresses on Japanese forms, in the right fields and the right format

Forms split into family name, given name, furigana and prefecture-to-street fields get filled in one click. You review everything in a preview first.

Built for what makes Japanese forms hard

Handles split fields as they are

Fills split family/given names, furigana, postal code, phone number and prefecture-to-building address fields in the shape each field expects.

Rules first, AI as a helper

Fields are classified by rules first; only the ambiguous ones are classified by the AI you configure. The values themselves are produced by fixed logic.

Review in a preview before filling

See the list of fields and values before anything is entered. Fields that already have a value are never overwritten.

Multiple profiles and addresses

Keep up to 10 profiles and any number of addresses. Each address can be tied to the profile that uses it. The toolbar icon shows what is registered and which profile is in use.

Designed to keep your profile values local

Your profile values are never sent anywhere. When you configure an AI provider, only field metadata (name, label and the like) is sent.

Review fields and values before filling. Fields classified by the AI carry an "AI判定" (AI) mark.
Before
Split fields receive values in the shape each field expects. (After)

The extension's interface is in Japanese.

Four steps

  1. Register

In the settings page, register your name, furigana, email, phone number and addresses. You can register several addresses.

  2. Press the button

Press "JushoAI で入力" that appears near the form.

  3. Review the preview

Check the list of fields and values. If you registered several addresses, pick one here.

  4. Fill

Press 入力する (fill) and only the fields you reviewed are filled.

Supported fields

Names

Works with separate family and given name fields or a single field. For a single field it reads the field's example text to decide whether to put a space between them.

Furigana

Supports full-width katakana, hiragana and half-width katakana, converting to match the field's example text or description.

Addresses

Supports addresses split across fields such as prefecture, city, street and building. Prefecture dropdowns are matched even when the notation differs, such as 東京 versus 東京都.

Phone and postal code

Handles hyphenated and plain numbers, in a single field or split fields, judged from the field's example text and maximum length.

Birthday, gender, age group and school

The birthday is entered as year, month, day or era. Gender and age group go into dropdowns and radio buttons, and the school and department into matching fields.

Safe filling

Fields that already have a value are not overwritten, and values longer than the maximum length are not entered but flagged.

AI, only when you want it

The default is "off". Choose a provider in the settings page only if you want AI to help with fields the rules cannot decide.

OpenAI-compatible API

Presets for OpenAI, Groq, Mistral, Ollama and LM Studio. Enter the base URL, model name and API key.

Google Gemini

Enter the model name and API key.

Built-in browser AI

Chrome (Gemini Nano) or Edge (Phi-mini). Needs a flag and a restart, and nothing leaves your device.

Click the badge to open a guide that explains the status and what to do.
A "JushoAI で入力" (fill with JushoAI) button appears next to the form. The badge shows the AI status.

Privacy

Only field metadata is sent

If you configure an AI provider, the name, label, placeholder, nearby heading, type and maxlength of fields are sent to it. Your profile values and values already in fields are not. Labels and headings are text shown on the page, so personal information visible on the page can be part of what is sent.

Network only on click

Merely opening a page never contacts an AI provider.

API keys are stored encrypted

Leaked storage alone cannot decrypt them. The extension's own code can still read them.

FAQ

Does it work without AI?

Yes. Fields are classified by rules, and AI only helps with ambiguous ones. AI is off by default.

What gets sent outside?

Nothing, unless you configure AI. If you do, only field metadata is sent; your profile values and the values already in fields are not.

I'm worried about wrong entries.

You review everything in a preview before filling, and fields that already have a value are not overwritten.

Does it work on every form?

It handles common inputs (text, email, tel, and prefecture dropdowns). Fields it cannot classify are left alone.

Ollama returns 403.

Allow the extension's origin (chrome-extension:// followed by the extension ID) in Ollama's OLLAMA_ORIGINS setting.
